Who we serve

Built for employers
filling roles right now.

If a seat on your floor, line, or shift has been empty for more than a week, it's costing you. We work directly with hiring managers and operations leaders to close that gap — not to build a "talent pipeline" you'll never tap.

For candidates

We don't run a job board. We match people to specific open roles our clients need filled — and we move fast when we see a fit.

Why speed wins

An empty seat
costs money every day.

Every shift a role stays open is output lost, overtime paid, and pressure shifted onto the rest of the team. Our entire process is engineered to shorten the distance between "we need someone" and "they started Monday."

A skilled trades worker focused on a task in a real workshop
  1. 01

    Intake call

A 20-minute call to pin down the role, the must-haves, the pay band, and what 'done' looks like. No lengthy SOWs.

  2. 02

    Shortlist

Within days, not weeks, you get a short list of vetted, interested candidates — not a pile of resumes to screen yourself.

  3. 03

    Interviews

We coordinate scheduling and prep both sides so interviews actually convert. You talk to people ready to take the job.

  4. 04

    Hire

Offer, counter-offer coaching, and start-date coordination. We stay close through the first weeks to protect the placement.

Retained search

You pay a fee to engage us exclusively on a hard-to-fill or high-stakes role. We treat it as a priority engagement with a dedicated recruiter, regular updates, and a defined timeline. Best for leadership, specialized trades, or roles that have been open too long.

Contingency

You pay only when we place someone. Lower commitment, and we move fast on roles with a clear market of candidates. Best for high-volume or standard openings where speed matters more than exclusivity.

Not sure which fits? The intake call is where we'll tell you — honestly — before you commit to anything.

The Q4 window

Don't lose the quarter
to an empty seat.

Right now companies are racing to fill roles before year-end budgets close and lining up January starts. The hiring managers who move first get the candidates. The ones who wait lose the budget — and the quarter — to a role that never got filled.

If you have an open req with funding this quarter, start the search now. A shortlist this week means interviews before the budget conversation happens without you.

FAQ

The questions that
actually come up.

It depends on the role. Contingency means you pay nothing unless we place someone — typically a percentage of first-year compensation. Retained means an engagement fee to prioritize a hard-to-fill role. We'll tell you which model fits on the intake call, with the actual fee range, before you commit to anything.

It varies by role and market. For roles with a deep candidate pool we aim for a shortlist within days; specialized or leadership roles take longer. We won't quote a specific time-to-fill we can't back up — see the Proof section, where verified figures will replace the current placeholders.

Our engagements include a replacement guarantee window. If a placement leaves within that period, we run a replacement search at no additional search fee. The exact window depends on the engagement type and is spelled out in our agreement before we start.

We focus on warehouse, logistics, healthcare, and skilled trades, with coverage that depends on the specific role and region. Tell us the role and location on the intake call and we'll be straight with you about whether it's a fit — and if not, we'll say so.

The seat's been empty
long enough.
